Agreement
These terms govern use of the Valite gateway, control plane, dashboard, and APIs (the “service”). By using the service you agree to them. If your organization has signed a separate agreement with Valite, that agreement governs where the two differ.
The service
Valite observes your production AI traffic, evaluates alternative execution policies offline against your own captured baseline, and — within constraints you define — activates proven policies with guarded rollout and automatic rollback.
The service is currently in early access. We work closely with each customer, and features may change as the product evolves; we will communicate material changes to active customers.
Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials and Valite API keys. Anything done through your account or keys is treated as done by you. Tell us immediately at hello@valite.ai if you believe a credential has been compromised.
Your data
You retain all rights to the traffic and data you route through or import into the service. You grant us the license needed to operate the service for you — to store, process, replay, and evaluate that data solely to provide the service. We treat your data as confidential, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your model-provider accounts and API keys, for ensuring you have the right to route your traffic through Valite, and for your compliance with your providers' terms. Replay and calibration jobs run offline and only within budgets agreed in advance.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, probe or circumvent tenant isolation and access controls, resell the service, or reverse engineer it except where the law says we cannot restrict that.
Fees
Commercial terms are set in your order form or enterprise agreement. Where no paid agreement is in place, early-access use is provided on the terms agreed with you in writing.
Intellectual property
We own the service, including the software, evaluation pipelines, and documentation. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the service without obligation to you.
Disclaimers and liability
During early access the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability under these terms is capped at the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Enterprise agreements may set different terms, including service-level commitments.
Termination
You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including data ownership, confidentiality, and liability — survive.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves and will note the date of the latest revision above; material changes will be communicated to active customers. Questions about these terms: hello@valite.ai.
